Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping to Australia. This includes all bulk orders.
Express post option is available for an additional $10 and can be selected at the time of checking out. This includes your order being made with in 2 days and express postage through AUS Post.
All items are shipped through AUSPost. Please see AUSPost website for current shipping time for your postcode. We are based in Australia and shipping times are a maximum of 7-10 days.
Free Local Pickup:
We offer free local Pick up in WA, Perth – Balcatta 6021. During the checkout process you will need to select pick up.
Once your order has been received & finalised, we will contact you to arrange pick up. Please add to the addition notes when purchasing your order, a best time and date to pick up your order.

Adjust the amount of fragrance diffused by turning the reeds more or less frequently - 1 time per week or when you see dry reed tips.
For best results keep out of direct sunlight, heat and drafts, and ensure the lid is screwed on tightly. Flip the reeds as often or as little as you like depending on how much fragrance you’re after.
