Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and made as all order are handmade once received.
You will receive your order confirmation email once you have placed your order & then you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping to Australia. This includes all bulk orders.
Express post option is available for an additional $10 and can be selected at the time of checking out. This includes your order being made with in 2 days and express postage through AUS Post.Â
All items are shipped through AUSPost. Please see AUSPost website for current shipping time for your postcode. We are based in Australia and shipping times are a maximum of 7-10 days.
Free Local Pickup:
We offer free local Pick up in WA, Perth – Balcatta 6021. During the checkout process you will need to select pick up.
Once your order has been received & finalised, we will contact you to arrange pick up. Please add to the addition notes when purchasing your order, a best time and date to pick up your order.

CAR DIFFUSER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Twist and remove the wooden bottle lid.
2. Carefully remove the clear plastic stopper from the top of the bottle.
3. Replace and tighten the wooden lid.
4. Tip the bottle upside down for 2-3 seconds so that the fragrance absorbs into the wooden lid. Do not over saturate timber with fragrance.
5. Replace the plastic stopper.
6. Hang in your car, room, office or wardrobe.
Diffusers are available in both Square and Round bottles - bottle shape will be chosen depending on availability of stock.
